Devotion and Dinner is a time to move through Yoga from ancient Kemet and share a meal. The meal is vegan alkaline, food suggested by Dr Sebi. His food plan helps to remove mucus from the body, promoting health and wellbeing.
We begin with a warm-up and Udja Ra (Journey of The Sun). The body is prepared to sit and enjoy Kemetic Devotion.
Dinner is prepared by Chef Laurie Alessandra, from Fusebox in West Oakland. Our menu is Zucchini Boats, Kale Salad and Fresh Fruit. You take home a copy of the recipes used for dinner and Dr Sebi's Food Plan
Please bring 1 piece of fruit for the altar. You are welcome to wear all white.
